State troopers say a Charlotte man shot into a car with two sisters inside.
Virginia State Police are charging Richard Ariviello with malicious shooting into a car, causing bodily harm, and using a firearm during a felony.
Troopers say he was driving on I-77 in Carroll County when he shot at another car in a case of road rage.
A girl and a woman were hurt. They are expected to be okay.
Troopers also charged the other driver with reckless driving.
