Kith and Bugaboo just dropped its stylish stroller collab

Kith and Bugaboo are back. Three years after their first collaboration generated the kind of response that makes a second collaboration inevitable, the two brands are reuniting for a new drop built around the award-winning Bugaboo Butterfly 2 travel stroller and a returning changing bag, dropping this Monday, June 22nd at 11am in select stores, online, and on the Kith App across New York, London, Paris, and Tokyo timezones.

Why this collab makes sense

Kith has spent fifteen years building a brand identity around the idea that everyday objects deserve considered design. And Bugaboo has spent twenty-five years making the same argument about strollers. The overlap between a parent who cares about what they push down the street and a Kith customer who cares about what they wear doing it is not a small one. The first collection proved that and this one builds on it.

The Bugaboo Butterfly 2: what it actually does

The Butterfly 2 is a travel stroller that earns its reputation. The one-second fold is the headline feature. Trust me, this matters when you’re juggling a toddler and a carry-on at an airport gate. It’s IATA-compatible for air travel and car seat compatible with the purchase of additional adapters, making it one of the more versatile travel strollers in the category.

The specs hold up beyond the fold: suitable from newborns all the way to 55 pounds, with a roomy ergonomic seat, large wheels for smooth strolling, a sun canopy with a peekaboo window, padded harness, and a storage pocket on the seat. The Kith design elements layer onto this with Kith Monogram fabric on the canopy and seat, embossed Kith and Kin Script accents, and Kith labels throughout.

The changing bag

Returning from the 2023 collection, the Kith for Bugaboo Changing Bag is now available in a staple Black colorway. The exterior is water-repellent Kith Monogram fabric with wipe-clean linings inside, a practical detail that parents will appreciate immediately. The bag includes a Kith Monogram changing mat with an easy one-hand fold, hidden zippered pockets for both parent and baby belongings, organizational pouches, and a one-hand attachment that connects to any Bugaboo stroller except the Ant and Butterfly. It functions as a diaper bag and a bag you’d carry regardless of whether you have a baby in tow.

The community component

This drop isn’t just a product release. Kith, the Kinnect Foundation, and Bugaboo have partnered with Rewrite Corporation — a New York City nonprofit — and the NBA Moms Foundation to host a community baby shower for 100 new moms. The event includes learning sessions hosted by doulas, prenatal yoga, and information about social services including WIC. Each mom will leave with essentials provided by Kith, Bugaboo, Baby2Baby, and other participating brands. Bugaboo has been a partner of the Kinnect Foundation since 2023, and the community event reflects that ongoing commitment beyond the product itself.

How to get it

The Kith for Bugaboo collection drops Monday, June 22nd at 11am as Kith’s Monday Program offering — available in select stores, online at kith.com, and on the Kith App. Given the response to the first collection, moving quickly on Monday morning is the move.

TL;DR:

Kith and Bugaboo’s second collaboration drops Monday, June 22nd at 11am — the Kith Monogram Bugaboo Butterfly 2 travel stroller with a one-second fold, IATA compatibility, and newborn-to-55-pound range, plus a returning Kith for Bugaboo Changing Bag in Black. Available in stores, online, and on the Kith App.

The brands are also hosting a community baby shower for 100 new NYC moms alongside Rewrite Corporation and the NBA Moms Foundation.
