A 47-year-old Salem man was arrested in connection to a domestic stalking incident in which Salem Police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives seized a large number of firearms and hundreds of grams and vials of illegal drugs.
The man was arrested July 6 on charges including felony stalking, burglary and unlawful use of a GPS device, police said. He was also in violation of a no-contact order.
Police on July 7 seized 54 firearms, eight homemade suppressors, firearm parts and thousands of rounds of ammunition. They also seized evidence relating to the creation of undetectable firearms, including 3D printers and firearm build kits.
Police also found 129 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 88.7 grams of fentanyl, 20.1 grams of cocaine and over 150 vials of anabolic steroids. Evidence of the creation of anabolic steroids was also located and seized.

The search and seizures were conducted at multiple locations connected to the man, police said. Charges related to the firearms are pending.
The man is also facing charges related to assault and strangulation, court records show. In that case he was granted bail on the condition he does not possess firearms.
The man is being held at the Marion County Jail without bail, court records show. His next court date is at 9:30 a.m. July 15.
