9/11 Heroes Run: The event will be Sept. 12 at River Parishes Community College, 925 W. Edenborne Pkwy., Gonzales.
Ascension On The Move: The 5K and fun run will be Sept 12 at 8 a.m. in Jambalaya Park, 1015 E. Cornerview St., Gonzales.
Crackling Cooking Class: The class will be from 9 a.m.-noon Sept. 12 at the St. Amant Library and Community Center, 12341 Hwy. 431, St. Amant.
Gonzales Bike Night: The event begins with a meetup at 4 p.m. Sept. 12 at Carver Park, 616 N. Tobey Ave., Gonzales.
Couyons of Comedy: The event will be Sept. 12 starting at 7 p.m. at the VFW Post 3693.
The Ascension Parish Visitor Center is located at 6967 Hwy. 22 in Sorrento near Interstate 10.
Donaldsonville Free Clinic: Set for Sept. 19, the clinic will be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Lemann Memorial Center, 1100 Clay St., Donaldsonville.
JFA Car Show: The 2026 Jambalaya Festival Association car show will be from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Sept. 19 at 222 S. Francois Ave., Gonzales.
Gonzales Hispanic Heritage Festival: The event will be Sept. 20 from noon to 6 p.m. at Jambalaya Park.
Festa Italiana: The Italian food festival, hosted by the Donaldsonville Area Foundation, will be Oct. 10 from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. at the Price LeBlanc PACE Center.
Trunk or Treat: The event will be Oct. 10 from 4-7 p.m. at 3005 W. Cabela’s Pkwy., Gonzales.
Boucherie and Balloon Festival: The annual festival will be Oct. 16-18 at 9690 Airline Hwy., Sorrento. Live music scheduled for this year includes Wayne Toups, Ryan Foret, Dustin Sonnier and Don Rich. Admission by donation. Proceeds support charitable causes.
Boots on the Bayou: The music festival, featuring Brant Gilbert and Trace Adkins, will be Oct. 24-25 at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center, 9039 S. St. Landry Ave., Gonzales.
Donaldsonville Run For a Cause: The charity event will begin Oct. 31 at Crescent Park in the Donaldsonville historic district.
Boo & The Badge: The annual Halloween party will be held Oct. 31 beginning at 6 p.m. at the Wag Center, 1221 Maginnis St., Donaldsonville.
Gonzales Fall Festival: The third annual festival will be Nov. 1 from noon-4 p.m. at the Price LeBlanc PACE Center.
