One man is dead following a shooting inside a bar in West Philadelphia.
Police responded to the 1200 block of North 52nd Street around 3:50 a.m. Sunday, where the 227 Lounge is located.
Upon arrival, they found a man shot once in his chest inside the bar.
He was taken to Penn Presbyterian where he died.
Police say the man worked at the bar, and was shot by another employee after an argument.
It was the bar’s grand opening.
The alleged shooter fled the scene, but a weapon was recovered.
