• Johnny A. Winters, 45, of the 900 block of Walnut Street was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and third-degree assault (police officer, non-communicable bodily fluid) and first-degree criminal mischief.
• A home sustained vandalism damage when a window broken Thursday in the 1000 block of West 12th Street.
