Downtown Energy Award — Brasher’s Lil’ Nashville (Tamarra and Andy Brasher)
The Downtown Energy Award celebrates a downtown business that enhances the vibrancy, culture, and experience of downtown Owensboro through engagement, collaboration, and unique offerings.
Distinguished Service Award — Scott McCain
The Distinguished Service Award recognizes a Greater Owensboro Economic Development Corporation board member whose dedication, leadership, and service have strengthened the organization and advanced its mission.
