Lebanon spa raid leads to two arrested on prostitution charges

Two people were arrested for prostitution charges after Lebanon law enforcement searched a Lebanon city spa, according to the District Attorney’s Office.

On April 24, the Lebanon County Human Trafficking Task Force executed a search warrant at MK Spa. Officials said that law enforcement received information that male patrons had been solicited for sexual services in exchange for money, and conducted months-long surveillance on the property.

“Execution of the search warrant revealed two women who both resided and worked at the Spa,” the DA’s office said. “Qian Sarah Ma and Ximei Dong were found to be living in the spa and providing sexual services to customers.”

The Office of the District Attorney coordinated with Lebanon City Public Safety/Code Enforcement as part of its response.

“The City Agency closed the Spa; the DA’s Office paid the necessary fee to board it shut that same day,” the DA’s office said. “Investigations into spas providing illicit activities remain ongoing,”

Ma was charged with felony promoting prostitution and Dong was charged with misdemeanor solicitation to commit prostitution. Officials said an immigration detainer was also issued for Dong by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Ma’s and Dong’s preliminary hearing is scheduled before Magisterial District Judge Maria Dissinger at 8:30 a.m. on May 7.

Anyone with information on suspected incidents of human trafficking should contact the Detective Bureau at 717-228-4403 or Lebanon County DA Crimewatch.
