SEABROOK — Interstate 95 northbound was closed early Tuesday, July 21 at mile marker 1.4 after a crash, according to New Hampshire State Police.
Traffic was being diverted off Exit 1 while troopers investigate. Drivers were being urged to avoid the area and expect delays
