Starbucks has officially unveiled its 2026 fall menu — which means the countdown to pumpkin spice season is on.
Starting on Aug. 25, seasonal favorites, including the iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte, along with new drinks like the Chaider, will be added to the menu, the coffee chain announced on Monday.
Starbucks is also expanding its lineup of pumpkin spice and banana-flavored drinks, while fan favorites, including the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and the Iced Pecan Crunch Latte, are returning. Plus, an adorable new cakepop is making its debut in the bakery case.
Despite the PSL’s popularity, Starbucks chair and CEO Brian Niccol recently told Yahoo Finance there are no plans for it to be sold year-round.
“We’ve talked about this a couple times, and we come back to the conclusion that it’s really the defining drink of a season,” Niccol said. “And as of right now, we’ve got no plans to put it on permanently. But we will make the most out of people wanting to experience a great pumpkin spice latte season. And it’s not too far away.”

Iced banana bread latte: Combines banana, cinnamon and brown sugar flavors inspired by fresh banana bread. It will be available beyond the fall season.

PSL and pecan return to the fall drink menu
Pumpkin spice latte: Made with real pumpkin, the fan-favorite has been around for over 20 years.
