Owensboro Police Department
• Mary D. Boarman, 56, of the 800 block of Parkway Drive, was charged Friday with third-degree assault (police/probation officer).
• Seth W. Clark, 27, homeless, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and third-degree assault (police/probation officer).
• Dayton T. Crabtree, 22, of the 300 block of East Ninth Street, was charged Friday with violation of an interpersonal protective order (IPO).
• Nicholas J. Hubbard, 44, of the 4400 block of Antler Avenue, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting (valued more than $1,000 but less than $10,000).
• Shamya K. Brown-O’Bryan, 27, of the 100 block of East 17th Street, was charged Saturday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/substance, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, driving on a DUI-suspended license and failure to surrender revoked operator’s license.
• Pascual Valentin, 20, of the 3300 block of Jefferson Street, was charged Sunday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and no operator’s/moped license.
• Quinton L. Crite, 51, of the 1300 block of Saint Ann Street, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Bruce E. Unland, 78, of Madisonville, was charged Sunday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
